Educating our clients about the construction process ensures they have a clear understanding of what to expect.

1. Preliminary Consultation & Budget

We kickstart every project by getting to know you and the vision for your home. From there, we’ll construct an initial budget that reflects the scope of your project, along with an estimated timeline.

3. Construction Commences

This is the stage of the project where our team is actively working on your project. We’ll keep you updated through every step, so you’ll never be left with unanswered questions or unwanted surprises.

5. Project Completion

Your project was finished within the designated timeline, within the agreed-upon budget, and in accordance with your vision and plan.

2. Pre-Construction Planning

Once you’ve approved the initial budget and contract for your project, we’ll coordinate with your designers and/or architects to confirm materials have been sourced and any required engineered drawings or permits have been finalized.

4. Closeout

As your project nears the end, we’ll guide you through a comprehensive inspection that ensures you have full confidence that we’ve delivered as promised
and to the highest of standards.
